Billabong Blue is a unique 'one stop fossicking' facility providing tour groups, families, couples and individuals with a unique taste of real fossicking in a safe 'user friendly' environment.

We are a local family operated fossicking business established in 2004. Our property is conveniently located, delivers personalised friendly advice and has excellent amenities including: water tanks, clean toilets, a cafe, a BBQ and picnic area, covered fossicking wash areas and all the essential sapphiring equipment. This venue is ideal for the first time fossicker or for a seasoned expert.

Billabong Blue is located along the 'Swan Brook Creek' catchment area of the Inverell Shire and is in one of the richest yielding regions in the New England Highlands. You are guaranteed to leave with some lovely colour in your pocket.

Hours of operation: Open weekly 10.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Wednesday to Sunday. During N.S.W. school holidays we are open 7 days a week . In the case of heavy rainfall Billabong Blue may not open so please ring to confirm (02) 672 24154 or cell number 0427 819 497.
